Our Price Guarantee is to offer competitive prices and beat those of any competitor’s online or physical stores in Australia. Should you find a lower price for the same product elsewhere, we’ll happily beat it by 5% provided that:

• • the item is identical and the quoted price includes GST and delivery charges*
  • the item is in stock with both our store and at the competitor’s store
  • a current quote from the competitor (in writing on an official quote or on their website) is provided before ordering.

Our price beat policy EXCLUDES items that are:

• • out of stock
  • on clearance or discontinued
  • Commercial quantities and pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public)
  • Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)

How do I obtain the price beat? Simply inform our friendly team by calling 02 4311 9453 or email awards@eagletrophies.com.au. Once approved, we’ll give you 5% off the competitor’s price!

 

* When assessing the Price Guarantee from online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any). If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location via an online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total price by 5%. Excludes payment via Afterpay.
